RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we apologise if it does not meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we would be pleased to provide exchanges and returns for items purchased from us, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The garment has no embroidery.
  • The item has not been washed or worn.
  • The item has not been altered or customised.

How to Make Exchanges:

  • Customers may bring the item to any Hub Corporate Wear store.
  • Customers can send their order number to [email protected] or +27 (81) 051-2255, and we will facilitate the exchange process.
  • If the returned item is faulty, Hub Corporate Wear will cover the return shipping costs.

Other Terms & Conditions: We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify customers from free returns if subsequent return or exchange requests involve the same items from a previous order. Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random incidents due to usage or normal wear and tear of the product. If none of the above conditions are met, we regret that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refunds, even if the items are mailed back to us. Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable, whether purchased in our retail boutiques or via our online portal.

1. Validity for Exchanges & Returns All exchange and return requests must be submitted within 10 days of the invoice date for local orders and within 20 days for international orders. For local deliveries, exchanges can be done at any of our boutiques or through our online portal at www.hubwear.co.za

However, all return requests must be made strictly online at www.hubwear.co.za for both local and international deliveries.

2.Packaging

Make sure items are returned in its original condition and packaging to our shop. You are eligible for an exchange immediately following an evaluation by our retail associates, provided all requirements are met. If the exchange item(s) has a higher value than the original item(s), you will need to pay the difference.

If the exchange item(s) is of lower value than the original item(s), no refund will be issued for the difference. 

Our store does not offer other forms of exchange, such as  cash vouchers or online store credits.

3. Exchanges & Returns Online 

Please include your original invoice along with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging. 

Mail your parcel using a traceable shipping method. 

You will receive an email confirmation, and we will notify you once your online store credit voucher is ready. Generally, the processing period is 5 working days after we receive your parcel. 

All return requests will be refunded as online store credit vouchers only. These vouchers are valid for 30 days and can be used for your next online purchase. They are strictly non-refundable, non-extendable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for boutique vouchers. The online store credit voucher is valid for online use only and is not applicable in our retail store.

Online store credit vouchers must be used in a single transaction, and any remaining balance will not be refunded.

The store credit voucher value will match the buying price stated on the original invoice. No refunds will be given for any original, return, or onward shipping costs. 

If a product is found to be defective or if the wrong item was shipped, Hub Corporate Wear will cover the cost of shipping the replacement back to you. Please note that all exchanges depend on stock availability, and while we will strive to ship a replacement, we reserve the right to offer an item of similar value, online store credits, or another option at Hub Corporate Wear’s discretion. 

No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs, or excise charges on international orders, whether items are refunded or exchanged.

4. Other Terms & Conditions 

Each item can only be returned or exchanged once.

Hub Corporate Wear makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding any product, including implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description, or fitness for a particular purpose. 

All returns are subject to the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of South Africa. 

All decisions made by Hub Corporate Wear are final.
